Tips for a successful Hypnotherapy/Biomat session

·         On the day of your session:



·         Avoid caffeine.



·         Eat a light meal before the session.  




·         Please arrive free of “overpowering” perfume, scented body wash, etc….the session will be much more pleasant if the relaxing aromatherapy scents I have placed in my treatment room, are not in competition with “external influences”! ;-)   



·         If you wear contact lenses it is advisable that you remove them prior to the hypnosis session, this will be more comfortable for you since there are long periods of eye closure.



·         If you need to use the restroom, please do so before we start the session, so that the “flow” is not broken.  ;-)



·         Your comfort is extremely important.  Dress comfortably and make sure that your breathing is not restricted by your clothing.  You will be fully clothed, shoes off, resting face-up on a padded massage table.  Please let me know if you have difficulty lying on your back and I will instead, have you sit in the “comfy chair”, next to the table!  



·         Remove any jewelry that would be uncomfortable or distracting, during your session.





·         Many times treatments will encourage your body’s systems to release unwanted toxins and energy (like stress and anxiety). Try to get some extra sleep after your session, if needed.

And remember, the most important thing you can bring with you to the session, is an open mind!
